MISSOURI CCW PERMIT LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
There are certain places (sometimes called "prohibited places") where CCW permits holders are prohibited from carry concealed
under
the Missouri law. These are listed in abbreviated form below. Most of what's been cropped from the actual law is "without
consent" language, definitions, penalty limitations, and exceptions for carry in a vehicle in parking areas. All information
contained in this document is provided as an aid for understanding the location restrictions. Users of this document do so at
their own risk since CCW Permit holders are required to know the law and its provisions.
